About me
I have always enjoyed listening to real stories - feeling in awe of people’s strengths, achievements, how they have overcome obstacles, and learning what makes them wonderful. Not only that, but I love watching people recognise their own strengths and realising what this means for them and their lives, and the difference this can make. Like most, if not all therapists, my story started with lived experience, and I learnt that one of my biggest strengths is listening and empathy, and that this meant I could use these strengths to support others.
I qualified as a clinical hypnotherapist in June 2024, having trained with Inspiraology Hypnotherapy Training school in Bristol. During my training, I was trained in incorporating hypnosis with a variety of other techniques including solution focused brief therapy, mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy, and I am confident to use each technique in a way that feels right for each client.

I am committed to continuing my own learning, so over time I will be adding other services.
